All transactions on 1rokok are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 1rokok does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. 1rokok will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification being fully completed. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
1rokok reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering checks, or pending verification. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason therefor where permissible by law.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content from the 1rokok platform without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1rokok excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or the conduct of third parties.
1rokok does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. 1rokok's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
1rokok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 1rokok support via live chat. Upon account closure initiated by the Player, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period following identity verification.
Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player may be subject to forfeiture of all balances at 1rokok's discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1rokok holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 1rokok platform shall first be submitted to 1rokok's internal complaints resolution process by contacting support at [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 1rokok's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
1rokok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, 1rokok will provide reasonable notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Material amendments will specify an effective date of no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for amendments that reduce Player rights, and may take immediate effect for amendments that are required by law or for the prevention of fraud or harm.
Your continued use of the 1rokok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
